  • 🙆 Hair Care Tips by Samiah 🔽 ➖ 📄 Which is your biggest hair problem? Hair fall: 50% Split ends: 20% Dandruff: 15% Oily hair: 7.5% Dry hair: 7.5% . HAIR FALL: First Identity the cause. It could be: 1 - Environmental 🌍 2 - Hormonal 3 - Inherited 4 - Unbalanced diet 🍊 . 1 - Maintain healthy eating habits. Eat everything in moderate quantity. Hair is made of protein (keratin), so regurarly consume appropriate amount of protein and omega3. Stay hydrated. 2 - Manage stess. Meeting deadlines, exams, workload, etc. can increase stess level. So engage in daily exercise and practice deep breathing. 3 - Sleep well. If baldness is in genes then it cannot be cured by remedies and medicines. Don't waste time and money! Gene therapy is I solution it is not recommended. . Few Remedies: 1 - Add 1 teaspoon of castor oil in cocount milk, mix well and massage for 10 minutes. It will help in hair growth. 2 - Apply banana or egg mask once in a week. (2 banana +1 egg +2 drops of rosemary oil. Time: 10-15min) 3 - Protect your hair from pollution, dust and direct sunlight. Make your weekly schedule and apply different remedies every week.
